I'm your typical toxic competitive gamer I used to dislike Genshin, I used to hate on it, but my girlfriend wouldn't stop recommending the game to me so I gave it a try just to make her stop. During the tutorial phase, I was like "damn this game looks gorgeous" and after walking with Paimon to the Statue of the Sevens, I could see Mondstadt from the distance and I was blown away by how beautiful it looks. after an hour of running around the map, I slowly fell in love with the game. The things that made this game won me over are... EVERYTHING, I love everything the game has to offer, from the graphics, story, combat and, soundtrack, everything is spot on! I'm already at AR46 currently waiting for Venti rerun and I've already been playing every day for 2 months, and yes I read all the lore and followed through the story, and also read the manga. I just love this game so much and I did not regret a single thing.

I used to play League of Legends, Valorant, Apex, Dota, Overwatch, and other competitive games a lot too. I can't stress enough how much leaving those games and jumping into Genshin has improved my mental health and overall quality of life. I had no idea how much damage those games could make. Especially after being exposed to them for so many years. Genshin came like a breath of fresh air and I didn't know how much I needed it. I am loving every second of it.

We use to play Genshin Impact with my buddies all day long for months. The four of us joke around and loot each others worlds, we basically hunt and farm together. We competitively brag at each other's throats, even sleeping late just to have the upper hand towards the others. haha! Everything was great!. But now, only one carries on playing while the two of us quite the game all together due to the sorrow we felt remembering the fact that one of us have committed suicide. He even was the most energetic and comedic member of the squad, and knowing that we can never talk and laugh with our friend feels surreal and some indescribable combination of void and loneliness felt while listening to this song. PS. RIP my friend. You've waited long for Inazuma that you can't even wait for it. Maybe you're in a better place now. So long rival...

The nostalgia hits you after 10 years when this game ends and the end credit shows while playing this song… ‘Thank you for this amazing journey and for finding my sister/brother, traveler.’ I just remembered one of Zhongli’s voice lines, “…You will continue to shine like gold in my memories.”

If anyone is wondering, there is multiple songs from the actual game that sound similar to this on Spotify. They are “Fragile Fantasy”, “Once-Colored Memories”, and “Serene and Swee Adieu”. They all aren’t exactly the same, but very similar

The calmest soundtrack in Genshin Impact got covered by Kurt. It become THE MOST CALMEST SOUNDTRACK in my life.

Life is complete when this song came out!

I miss my GI buddy so bad. Unfortunately, he passed away last year due to covid. We used to compete on the game progression especially when dragonspine update was released - good old days. His favorite character is the geo archon, Zhongli (Rex Lapis). I was so jealous of him cuz he's so lucky on gacha rolls - he got the characters that I want. I started playing the game again this week and when i tried to roll on Zhongli's banner, i got him by one roll only. I'll build Zhongli to commemorate his memory.

It's giving me a nostalgic feeling and bliss. Yeah, Genshin Impact may be JUST a game but to some, if not all, it is more than that. We may have resin issues, unfortunate drop rates, but behind all those, it is a beautiful game and very well-made, especially the story (for me at least). Well done!

When I heard this music, the only thing I can remember is albedo. I don’t know why but it makes me sad

genshin is not my nostaligic list yet but listening to dragonspine music always gets me. The first time I played or explored dragonspine was near christmas, it was the best parts of my life. Now, my acc got hacked, doing everything again, exploring dragonspine at this time of year again rlly hit me hard. Listening to this also removes the toxicity and degeneracy the fandom and internet has been when it comes to genshin in my head. Ik im late but, thank you so much for the wonderful performance!!

Its been 3 hours of me listening to it,i've never felt so calm in my whole life,as of yet. My heart rate stay stable for a long loong time,and my stress was yeeted away from my mind, and unlike some other song,this one doesn't make me tired hearing it...its really calming and very serene...as if i were in a state of perpetual calm. I wasn't even nervous when my dad came suspecting me of doing something wasteful....so all in all this song is really amazing to me!
