I think that ei and zhongli are in a same level remember zhongli erosion is only about his memories not power it means he still have the power to slay and seal many gods. It's like zhongli has been at the top and ei just catch up to zhongli

that’s literally not ever been confirmed how would you even know that?? exactly where is it stated the tsaritsa is stronger than her?? as far as we know, ei is the strongest archon of teyvat. we haven’t even been to snezhnaya yet nor do we have any information at all which shows the tsaritsa’s strengh or feats. also, if you’re talking about the fact the tsaritsa has access to six of the seven gnoses (and will likely soon collect the last one in natlan)- they literally don’t make an archon stronger nor do they give any additional power. they’re just what resonates an archon with celestia. so no, ei is the strongest archon with the most feats as of 4.4.
