If you find any discrepancy you have to ask vendor to correct it You should match invoice with po first If it is not matches then you may ask vendor to make it equal to billed qty ok

For preparation I have created my own playlist where I have covered the concepts in depth myself. you can prepare based on those videos. if you like. these Mock interviews are for his confidence boost and helping him in identifying the improvement areas before going into actual interview. also, it depends on your perspective you consider this video as waste of time or you can learn from it and avoid the mistakes he made/or other people make during these mock interviews with me.
