Great talk. Im in Athens Greece running 2 apartments and im full all year round. 90% of my bookings are from Booking and only 10% from airbnb. Airbnb has really fallen behind i wonder why ?

Just regional preference. Airbnb is used more in the states.

This guy has so few views and so few likes. Yet he has the ego to call himself the billion dollar king. Sean doesnt realize he kind of reads as a creep and consistently reads as someone you'd never want to work for. The ego in these videos and content titles. Robuilt has a way larger following with way less ego.

I appreciate your opinion. The thumbnail is in reference to a very real statistic. I’m not against the thumbnail. I think my team did fine. I will risk coming off as egotistical here. My students HAVE made over a billion dollars. If that makes me an ego maniac, I guess I’m guilty. But thanks for the feedback. I’ll take it for what it’s worth.

Having people show a negative response towards the immense value that you are offering towards the STR community, is just them showing their own frustration. I’ve learned so much from you, and I can say that you are the reason that my STR business generates over 20k in monthly profits. So just that alone, proves how valuable you are towards our community.
