Its quite informative video. I would like to add few things. We do certain useful tests when we suspect fistula like Complete Blood picture and Urinaeanalysis to look for signs of infections. The X-ray Fistulogrm is done to check for the number and locations of fistula. Moreover the trippe swab test is quite useful to find the difference between ureterovaginal , urethovaginal and Vesicovaginal fistula. An intravenous Pyelogram or Ascending Pyelogram is also quite helpful in such cases.Different surgical techniques are quite helful in dealing with Urogenital Fistula like in case of Ureterovaginal fistula , we prefer Percutaneous Nephostomy. In case of Perinanl Fistula , the preferred technque is Fistulotomy.
