Step 1: Open ‘Vyond’ in your web browser and log in using your credentials. Complete your video creation process.
Step 2: Click on the 'Settings' icon located at the top of the ribbon.
Step 3: Under 'Source', click the 'Generate Caption’ button. Confirm the changes by selecting the 'SAVE'.
Step 4: You can now preview the video to ensure that the captions appear correctly.
Step 5: Click the downward button, choose the 'Subtitles or Captions', and click 'Generate Captions'.
Step 6: After the captions are generated, click ‘DOWNLOAD’.
Step 7: Choose a location to save the caption file by clicking 'Save'. In the download folder, you'll find two file formats, 'SRT' and 'VTT', containing the closed captions for use with various video formats.
