I love this kind of chicken dish- usually a little too spicey when I order it out, but I definitely want to make it with a little less heat. You made my mouth water😂. Thanks for the review, Bumpy

I didn't know how it would turn out but it was pretty darn good....... the sauce is 14 oz chicken broth; 1/4 cup sherry; 1/4 cup white vinegar; 1/2 cup soy sauce; 3/4 cup sugar; 1 tsp minced ginger; 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic and 2-3 tsp red pepper flakes.....less or more for your heat level.
