Most people, like myself, thought Pryor and Wilder were buddies. U really wanted to believe it. However, they never socialized offscreen. They were just two different men with different lives who's chemistry exploded on screen when they worked 2gether. They also had a high respect 4 each other. Which is more important than hangin out. Their films together are now considered comedy classics. Thanks 4 the laughs guys RIP.

Gene , I’m only speaking for myself here, I don’t know how Richard feels, Richard replies, assume that it is the same. That’s two people working as one. This I feel was the magic of their comedy. They complement each other, never trying to upstage one another. Thanks for the laughs and memories, two legends.

"during the 'covid' HYSTERIA of 2020..." which is responsible for the "crisis" The virus, itself, not so much. OVERWHELMING majority of the deceased found with the presence of the virus in their systems had already at the time of death, outlived the average lifespan of a human on this earth by a year to 30+ years. A general mortality rate of < 0.4% and falling. Numbers of "dead" among those in lower age categories so low that if it were not for the existence of the perverted mass media arms and tyrannical politicians these health figures would not even merit a mention. for example, children stand a greater chance of dying in an accident on the ride to school than they do of "Covid-19" yet the nation shut down education for millions of children and denied their immune systems' normal exposure and development in the interests of "protecting them"

RP lived HARD, and if you look closely (imo), he looks haggard and tired, and even tentative. He's not even 50 in this interview, but his drug use (and whatever else he did) had taken a huge toll on him. That said, both actor/comedians were supremely talented, and I'll always treasure 'Blazing Saddles', 'Silver Streak', and 'Stir Crazy' for as long as I live. My kids already know snippets of 'Silver Streak', and I'm guessing (when they're old enough) they'll love the other 2 when the time is right. God Bless both men. Their work made my world a better place.

I don't know why I'm surprised, but it's so sweet to see Pryor give Wilder props for rewriting the script to make it better. This couple worked so well together cause they seemed so different on the cover at least,...and now I'm not so sure they were. It's nice to see them get along.
