@Barstool Prophet just thank Gene for making a difference in someone's life. Ya know, The scriptures talk a lot about doing things like this. Gene is not Jesus, but he is at heart a wonderful and incredible human being. He has always taken up for the little guy much like Christ did. I know you were trying to throw out scriptures, but 1. You sound angry and upset because he didn't help 5000 people. Thate a sin. It's judging and its greed. You need to be happy for this guy, he's disabled and thank Gene for making this guys dreams come true. If you are a Christian then you just smile and say "that Gene Simmons is one classy guy. Dude, God can use anyone and I believe God put it on Gene's heart, whether he knew it or not, to do this for this guy.

All of people commenting on Gene Simmons. He gives heavily to Wounded Warrior Project, also. Whether you agree with Gene's cashing in on his band's name, The charities a person gives or doesn't give to, is not meant as public knowledge unless the person divulged it themselves. The original outfits and make-up is what got me into KISS in the first place, and Gene being my favorite since I was a kid(I played drums and bass guitar, Gene, of course being the bassist.

I was lucky enough to meet Gene in 2010, he’s larger than life. You rock Leo!

Yeah, same with Ozzy. They know who butters their bread. Good manners and gratitude. I liked it when Ozzy's kids once said look at the "freaks" in line to his show as they drove to the concert, and Ozzy chewed them out for insulting the people who bought their house and paid for the private schooling, etc. Never diss the hand that feeds you.

The concert was canceled days before but Leo and his family didn’t know it and went anyways but while there Leo broke his arm and was in the hospital so he would have missed the show anyways

Is there an after vid of Leo going to the concert and meeting his idols? That would be nice to see.

@@brenne8030 the show was cancelled the day before because one of the band members was sick, Leo unfortunately broke his arm, I think East Idaho News said the day before KISS cancelled the show.

Now that is a rock & roll epic moment.

That was so sweet! Brought tears to my eyes! Hope he has the time of his life!!

And this , doing for others , is what life is all about ! So happy for Leo !

That mom raised a good man, shes a great mother he seen his mom crying and had to comfort her rite on que. Good job mom 👍

I met Gene in 02. Had a very intense half hour talk with him about music and life. He was amazingly down to earth and not what he portrays out there.

Stop whining about the title. This man has just been given the greatest gift of his life, aside from his mom of course. It's obvious he had problems. And now his going to meet these guys he has loved for so long. Be happy for him you big baby!!

Well, I wasn't planning on crying today, but...

What a great guy, would love to see the interaction when he meets Gene Simmons and watches him shoot flames from his mouth live in concert.

A story about KISS one Halloween nite they were playing a concert in Los Angeles. After the concert they were headed back to the hotel but got stuck in a really bad traffic jam on Hollywood Blvd. so they decided to walk 5-6 blocks to the hotel in their Costumes. People on the sidewalk were Saying “Man real good Kiss costumes!” So gene simmons stuck out his tongue And kept right on walking !!!!!

I'm only 43, but I've loved KISS since I first heard them, Gene is a stand up man, loves his fans, and dang if they don't 'entertain the crap out of it at every show.

This was sweet. It shows how sometimes a small gesture by a celebrity can mean everything to a fan. Sweet man and a loving mom.

Leo seems like a humble, down to Earth man. I'm so happy for him that his dream finally came true . I hope he enjoyed the show and had a great experience ! Rock on Leo \m/ \m/

When his mom started crying and he hugged her, I lost it.

These guys always seem to come through, and do nice things for people. Keep up the good work

I'd like to say that KISS did what no other band even thought about doing and that is putting on one of the best shows/concerts you'll remember and talk about for life. I'll always love the original 4 and the days in their prime when KISS was the hottest band.

Oh, this makes me have tears in my eyes. My grandson has down syndrome and I hope he gets to have his dreams. Come true and follow whatever he wants to do.
