After the Nirbhaya case, the government gave women powers to complain. There have been unbelievable number of fake cases filed where guys have been arrested and thrown in jail just because a girl complained that they were assaulted by a guy even though the guy didn’t do any at all. But the cops never listen because they think that girl is right and the guy is wrong. Well said Anand Bhai. You said it all. These girls should be ashamed of themselves.

These laws were bring to help the law colleges to get more profits by promoting and they need more student admissions to achieve this, they need to show that being a lawer is a very prifitable career, so for creating more jobs for these new lawyers these biased laws were introduced Even if the present govt will try to remove these biased laws then this same public will call them anti-women. Obviously all judges and lawyers call for a strike and the opposition will say that democracy is in danger. Means the present govt will not going to touch these biased laws anytime soon
