[Genbei River] Fireflies, Mishima plum blossom algae, Thunder well [Mishima City]
I would like to introduce the Genbei River in Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture. (Photo taken in January 2024)
We will walk from the water source and south side of Rakujuen to the downstream, and introduce the place where fireflies are found in the green area of Mizunoen. We will also introduce Mishima Baikamo and Raiido. I was able to see the flowers of Mishima Baika algae.
The best time to see fireflies is from May to mid-June, from 7:30pm to 9pm.
It is recommended.

This city made me curious and so I searched online for news and images, I must say that it is a beautiful town with the usual Japanese beauty and cleanliness 😍. Thank you for your continued comments. We are grateful that this nature is maintained by the volunteers of Mishima City. By the way, in another video, it was reported that a new manager of Awashima Marine Park had been appointed. Many people hope to reopen.
