The "unexpected" thing that you were talking about ... I have a toxic/narcissistic mother. We haven't spoken in months. I had blocked her cell number and email. Recently, I decided to unblock her and sent her a couple of emails, one of which I said that I was angry with her for a long time, but decided to let things go ... I'm normally a grudge holder.
