There is actually a tubbek built undernearth road that connects the pool area to the main house

C.E.O of PETERBILT lives there no thoughts😶😶 I’ll love to be like that successful human there. For now I can’t afford a pair of socks🤧🤧

I watched the 15 most expensive properties / private homes & this 1 at the time was temporarily most expensive listing in usa. If u count most expensive of all a 2.2 billion dollar sky scraper in India, private home in v/poor section of town. Rich key hole verse really comes to mind. Husband & wife building their own Versailles. These ppl will need Me/GOD to bail them out. So far they r 15yrs work on project & yrs from being complete. I will hve to take over the project & bring them in line & to finish for greater good of humanity. For ppl to sick or ill health to cross pond & see real Versailles stay at grand hotel fake tourist 1 if willing to wait for reservation to come around or luck lotto type all expenses paid stay. Out of the list this 1 sounded interesting not just bc of the name Gemini 1 GOD7 wanted that got away.

What else can u say or do w/them & it. tear it down or just finish it in some form or fashion & make it good in eyes of GOD7, not even nuns could stay there free grand housing. Few other properties will end up public places of usa not private dwellings & tourist & master golf or resort building getting some too. GOD7 on high wanted to burn it all fix, & I am still holding that as 2nd best option. If area is not special enough the mega property needs to offer something that is special to justify it existing as public place or resort.

18 hole oceanfront golf course in south Florida? that'd be a billion dollars or more. you'll have to settle with 1 practice hole and then spend relative pennies to join exclusive country clubs.
