Emeralds have a lot of natural inclusions and fractures that make them very easy to break on setting process so they need to be highly concentrate and careful specially a big one. lol ;)

If children went to work with their parents, as they did for millennia before forced “education” (over-education), we would have more master craftsman and higher quality work overall in the world in any field. But they go to schools to learn things they will never ever use, only a small percentage is truly relevant to life. The rest could and should be learned at the side of adults who are doing their work, giving children hands-on experience and learning. Any skill is best learned by just doing it. Perfect example here. A skilled man who had the opportunity of learning first-hand during his formative years. Wonderful!
