Nice video. I was there in August of 2008. Lovely spa and baths with really ornate architecture. Best description I can give of the main indoor pool is that it's like swimming in a cathedral.

This is the best hot spring film I have ever seen. Wow, this is so gorgeous. Oh, I want to soak in hot springs right now. But its cold here, my hands are cold, I wear Moon Boots, and we don't have a jaccuzzi. But we will travel to hot springs possibly in fall, will go to Eastern Oregon, Summerlake hot springs, Bog hot springs and the heavy sulfur springs.

It's a Beautiful City Tom, I've been several times now, as It's only a 2 and a half hour flight from the UK..very cheap flights if You book ahead too! Thanks for this video, as I might check out this bath when I next go. I've been to the others but not this one. I wasn't too keen on Szechenyi baths though.......

Hello Tina, I have been to Budapest 7 times, I had a flat in Dis. 7 I have been to those baths at that Gellert Hotel and other places, those baths make you feel great , there is some minerals in water makes you feel great. Many people from all over the world go there to take baths in these waters.

If you go to Budapest, I know a man that can rent you a flat paid by month, cheaper than staying in a hotel room, this is same place I stayed at in Dis. 5 within walking distance from Danube. Let me know if you need flat.

ABSOLUTELY!!! In fact you should be afraid of thieves if you're Budapest, New York, Istanbul, Rome, London, Bangkok, in fact everywhere you travel. Just use common sense. Don't leave a camera sitting on a shelf while you take a leak, don't leave your wallet in yoru back pocket on a tram, don't leave your purse hanging open, etc. etc.

I went there on business about 12 years ago...omg...a little more. Anyway I went in there everyday and was amazed the most beautiful spa I had ever been to was practiaclly free when you stayed there. My twist...there was a film crew shooting adult movies there from midnight to 5 am. I was approached to be an extra. I work in the film business...documentaries and children's movies. I declined the offer without asking any questions. Do this day I regret...not asking what an extra does in..

I was here last week and was put out of the main swimming pool for not wearing a cap. Even the men had to wear caps. I see hardly anyone in your video is wearing caps. Things must have changed.Hazel.

this is the bathhouse I was ripped off+my wallet disappeared from my closed changing cabin. anyway. the town is full of nice buildings and beautiful facades (what a pity its inhabited by barbarians)

I don't know, some other place, I was in Budapest 7 times. They have same problem in Russia, can not drink the water, the water has to be boiled before you drink it.
