This is nice. It's just as tragic as the original but now it has almost a funerary theme to it as well, which makes thematic sense I suppose since someone ends up dead from this encounter no matter what.

What a musical climax at 3:26 ! But I got to say my favourite part is 2:38 . Anyway, this is your best arrangement since that Shadowlord one from Nier, so GREAT WORK!

What about the climax at 3:26 ? Well, when people think about organ music, they usually think of Bach's toccata and fugue in D minor and mixture stops. Organ music is much more than that, the pieces don't always have to sound big. Having said that, I recommend my Bloodborne Ludwig theme on organ (mainly the second half) and my Nier Replicant Shadowlord organ cover. P.S.: I can try to record this one again using more pipes, but I'm not sure if your ears will like it. Praise the sun \[T]/ and watch my video 'All dark souls bosses in NG+9 vs Solaire of Astora' :)

@@AntoniusTertius ill check those out thanks :) For me i guess the big chorus crash is what I love about this song, and a minor organ or piano doesn't do it justice imo. Have you heard the song live? The crash is immense and bombastic. Needs a big instrument to mirror it imo :D thanks again for the rec,

@@AntoniusTertius having listened to the ludwig song, I think your playing is just too low. that song has TONS of high notes and while what you play is "higher" then the bass which is correct. its still way too low of an octave. Break out of those shackles and take a risk :)

@@Fire-jk8ye The Ludwig theme was really played on a small organ... but you have to understand I don't own big organs... It's not always that I have access to them. There are big organ recordings in my channel, Castlevania wood carving partita for example, I used many pipes, mainly in the last seconds. Then you could check the 4th and 5th recordings in my Halloween video (the last two recordings there aren't mine). It's more than taking risks, it is not always that a piece sounds good when you use all (or) several pipes or when you play it on a big organ. Organs are like people, each one has its own voice; sometimes it is a matter of finding the right singer for the song. Baroque and romantic organs sound very differently from each other. I wish I could type more, but I have to go now. Thank you for the comments ^^
