The Minisforum UM790 Pro I bought is a slightly better computer for less money. The mount is for attaching to the back of a monitor.

Vesa mount for installing the mini PC against the back of your monitor, turning it into an AIO/iMac-PC. Another DIY trick would be to use the Vesa mount to install the GEEKOM in an arcade cabinet to play your emulated arcade games.
The one I got recently was the MINISFORUM Neptune HX99G. Right now it's $800 but has a pretty decent GPU built in. I've played Cyberpunk 2077, Dragons Dogma II, HellDivers II all on higher settings at 1440p on it and it handles emulation really well.
The mystery port is a Kensington port. It’s a special lock port. This allows public places to lock their computers in place so it’s harder to steal. So basically like a pen on a cord.

Way too expensive to be an emulation machine, you're better off buying a used 10 year old mini pc for 1/10 of the price at MOST. If you can pick up an adaptor/big enough case for a gtx 970/980 you can use an analog dvi port to convert for VGA and play 240p/480p natively on a crt monitor.
