Athletes often keep unique rituals like these to help them relax and mentally prepare to compete. To learn more, we spoke with three young standout athletes: Felicity Passon, a 21-year-old future Olympic swimmer from the Seychelles, Daniella Rosas, an 18-year-old future Olympic surfer from Peru, and Tyasha "Ty" Harris, a 21-year-old recent graduate and WNBA rookie from the U.S.
