WOW - I remember we owned one back in the mid 1960's; it looked a little bit different than the one shown here, and yes, that filter really did catch the lint - I remember picking it out of the basket years later when I began to do my own laundry. Modern machines could learn a trick or two from these miracles of the past.

My mom bought one of these . It was great ! The control panel was pink and gray. Filter was copper tone.

I wish they still made these. Manufacturers have completely forgotten about people with pets.

I love mine- both of them !!

We had a similar one when I was a kid

I was a popular design because in the late 1960s thru 70s GE filter flow models were in laundromats everywhere. Followed by Speed Queen solid stainless steel tub fluid drive models . Then Maytags.

That's how he earned the sobriquet "The Great Communicator" when he went into politics.

The commercial started out with president Ronald Regan. Must have been a Presidents Day Sale?

I've never had a problem with lint in the washing machine. The drying machine however always has lint...

Ge filter flo was the first washing machine my mom had she washed baby diapers in it

Too bad they don't make filter flo anymore.
