In this video, we look at how energy is released in respiration. First we explore the ideas behind aerobic respiration and then look at anaerobic respiration. Finally, we look at the uses of fermentation.
This video is based on the AQA spec. If you are following a different exam board then you should check your specification. The Amazon link above is an affiliate link. In the two types of respiration how many joules of energy do we get from C⁶H¹²O⁶+O²

hello Sir are you planning to do a video on the practical investigating respiration ?
@Freesciencelessons

Hi. There isn't a practical investigation on the AQA respiration topic. Are you following the AQA exam board?

6 жыл бұрын
no I'm doing edexcel oh I'm sorry I didn't realise this was for AQA...
@Freesciencelessons
6 жыл бұрын
No problem. There is a huge amount of overlap between the AQA and Edexcel specs so in most cases, virtually every video is appropriate. When I've finished making all of the AQA ones, I'll make some videos to cover the extra bits needed by Edexcel.

Is respiration and combustion same or different terms
@Freesciencelessons

Although they both produce the same chemical products, they are different. Respiration occurs in cells and is catalysed by enzymes. Respiration releases energy in the form of the energy carrier molecule ATP.
