We the public should first know that any GBs and Chairmans don't even have the power or authority to intimidate over someone. They don't even have the authority to summon any public or demand for a removal of any invidual from the colony. Neither they can make their own set of laws. The power they have is to pass information to the Public where the Govt cannot reach due to time factor. To make the administration work easier. But here in Nagaland we see these GBs and Chairmans acting like they are the rule makers. It's all because we the public have zero knowledge about all these and moreover we don't even want to know we just go with the flow..

Shouldn’t the normal proceedings be as such that the victim’s face be blurred and the aggravator’s face be revealed? Why always blurring faces of the people who are guilty? I don’t know what’s the case here but is it another case of “low class” and “higher class” issue? And why always this forgiving forgiving bs man. Surely I applaud the victims family to be able to be on the sympathetic side even when they were assaulted at their own home. But still mannn. First of all, Take these assaulters to the lock up and then let the victim decide whether they want to press charges or forgive them, only then allow them bail. Let law prevail. This is one gripe I have with us Nagas. Its the land of forgiveness, God knows how many crimes committed by people are now walking freely due to them being forgiven. Not saying it is bad but its high time we actually let perpetrators face the repercussions for their wrongdoings. One would commit a crime and then once they are faced with the law they beg and apologize and they face no consequences. Due to this very reason people easily commit wrongdoings because they know in the end they'll be FORGIVEN ugh... Stop being Too good and Forgiving, the world is getting worse, let people actually face the dire consequences for their wrong deeds then only they will learn a Lesson and be careful the next time.
