The salary that I hv discussed here is for training period itself. After training we get increments. No, it's not 3 years in jamalpur. Out of 1.5 years of probationary training, only 6-8 months are spent in jamalpur.

The clubs, sports complex, Servants are the best part of railway officer's child journey. Though never found officers r est house at good condition be i Howrah or Jammu. I guess they aren't giving personal servants now My dad worked for like 7 years (with extensions) for DFFCIL now he's back at Northern railways
