Dear and esteemed Ahmad javaod sahb I think you can better serve the Umma, by explaining the western philosophy and its counter argument in Islamic philosophy, kalam or other teachings. Your contribution to the teachings regarding Tehzeeb e nafs, Akhlaq, asma d husna etc is far better than these shua sunni differences etc. Your contribution in safguarfing muslims youth from the attack of western philosophy and culture can be a noteworthy asset on internet, in the form of counter argument by explaing islamic thinkers, Irfan, Tehzeeb e Nafs.

Modern religious nationalism can be seen in operation almost everywhere in the Islamic world, and not just in one country. Just as Iranian (cultural) nationalism should be seen for what it is, Arab nationalism, and especially that of the Al Saud variety, should also be understood critically. This is particularly important for us Muslims, both Shia and Sunni, of Pakistan, of this entire region of the Sub-Continent.

Indonesia, Malaysia, HInudstan, Bnagaldesh all support the "HAQ" Palistinains AND Iran is the leader and we shoudl proud of Iran and her team. As can be seen from the comments here, the confusion and even the suspicion that this video has caused is, in my opinion, because you (Ahmed Javaid), obviously lacking focus and repose in this video, have done a rather slipshod work here which in itself is unusual, not to say unfortunate. First of all the unfortunately sensationalist and even alarmist title of this talk. "Khabardar Pakistan". Khabardar of who, of what? Why this insecurity, this blatant display of doubt and weakness? Then you mix up and move over so many big categories of knowledge in a manner that disregards the basic norms of good scholarship, both secular and especially religious scholarship: Pakistan, Iran, Shia, Sunni and history of both, Pakistani state and Pakistani nationalism, Iranian (cultural) nationalism, Iranian religious ideologues and scholars, Pakistani politics and elections and Imran Khan (MWM?) and the Iranian revolution, the lay zakir and the street mullah and then all of this in the context of the explosive politics of the Middle East (Ghaza). All done in a video of an hour or so!! What do you expect then if not all this confusion, protest and suspicion? Bad advice for doing this video, and doing it this way, wherever that advice has come from. Makes you look more like Javaid Chaudhry than the Ahmed Javaid that we all know, sorry to say. Javed Ahmad Sb. I think it is,unfortunately, too early to react on your part without meeting your friend Javad Naqvi sb. Without debating on issues like imamat, khilafat etc , why do you want people to conclude that shia imamat is rejected while as sunni khilafat is accepted. Every issue needs an academic debate. Least you can do is keep it open ended for others to conclude properly.

And I add that you are absolutely right when you talk about both the Sunnis and Shias of the Sub-continent, about their unique cultures and about their humility and humanity when you compare them to the Iranians and their treetment of Sunnis there. I wish you would also say something about the treatment meted out to the Shias in the dominantly Wahhabi Arab/Gulf countries, which is as bad, if not worse. With due respet, you rightly identified the difference of opinion among Shia ulema when talking about the Wilayat e Faqih in Iran. For example, many Grand Ayatollahs both in Iran and in Najaf, Iraq, had big disagreements with Ayatollah Khomeini on this issue, Allama Muntaziri being the most prominent among them in Iran. But, strangely, you then picked up the most extreme interpretations of the Shia tradition (the ghullat or their brethren) as your choice for your discourse about the topic of this video today. Why would you do such a thing? You should know better. I guess they make easy straw men or contestants for your arguments. I am still baffled. It is like elevating the minority, unorthodox and violently extreme Wahabbis to be the major representers or voice of the entire Sunni tradition. They don't speak for the entire Sunnis, do they? Janab Ahmed Javaid sahib: You use a lot of hedgings and qualifications and that makes this whole discourse about Iran and Shias a bit disingenuous, if I may say so, and also for the lack of a better word here. And this is not your first time to do so. Your constant and repetitious refrain/precaution that "Please do not see it as, or do not turn it into, a religious issue" falls flat only a few sentences later! It, doing so, is indeed an effective technique in certain kinds of discourses carried out in other fields, say, in literary criticsm or even in poetry and literature as such, but not here where politics and religion constantly overlap and the line between the two is never clear and distinct, especially in these dark and dangerously fluid times. In my humble opinion, a better strategy would be to stick to your Sunni "prejudice" as you also accept the same on the other side (and even envy and appreciate them!), in the Shias that is, and just spare us (or at least some of us) that unnecessary load of caveats and qualifications which only add a rather bad flavor (not to say contradictions and confusions) to your whole argument. There is nothing wrong in doing so. My apologies if I am also beginning to sound like a literary critic! The two traditions, Sunni and Shia, are not some arbitrary man-made worldly ideologies, but authentic traditions that go all the way back to the time of The Prophet (pbuh) himself; they are, after all, the work of Providence anyway...Truth manifesting itself in diverse ways, because "God has spoken many times". ​نہیں صاحب آپ سمجھے نہیں۔ دراصل احمد بھائی اپنے مسلک کو لے کر بہت پریشان اور پریشان ہونا بنتا بھی ہے، کیونکہ ایک تو جدید سائنسی علوم نے آپ کے گھروں میں گھر بنا رکھا ہے جو آپکے بچوں کو دہرایا یعنی atheist بنا رہے ہیں۔ دوسرا یہ کہ درحقیقت اب لوگ آپ کی اپنی کتابیں بھی پڑھ رہے ہیں جس نے سنی اسلام کا پول کھول دیے ہیں، خاص طور پر صحابیوں کے کرتوت صاف نظر آ رہے ہیں۔ تو سنی گھر کے لوگ یا تو شیعہ شیطان بن رہے ہیں یا پھر دہرایا مردود بن کر نکل رہے ہیں۔ احمد جاوید کے الفاظ کا گورکھ دھندا ماند پڑھ گیا ہے۔ اب حضرت تصوف کے سوراخ میں چھپ کر اپنے عقائد کا تحفظ کر رہے ہیں جو ان سے ہو نہیں پا رہا۔ اسلئے اب دوسرے لوگوں کے کندھوں پر اپنا بوجھ ڈالنے کی ناکام کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔ 😅😅 ​@@Bukhari1986

مجھے انتہائی افسوس ہوتا ہے جب یہ خیال آتا ہے کہ احمد جاوید صاحب جیسے مخلص اور نابغۂ روزگار شخصیت کو اپنی کئی بہترین ریکارڈنگ اپلوڈ کرنے کے بعد اتروانی پڑی تھی۔ خاص طور پر مدارس اسلامیہ سے متعلق ویڈیو ۔ اور سب سے تکلیف دہ بات یہ ہے کہ وہ ویڈیو مفتی تقی عثمانی صاحب کی ایماء پر ہٹائی گئی تھی ۔ جو قوم یا معاشرہ چند لوگوں کے مذہب پر اور مذہبی تعلیم پر موروثی قبضہ کو جو کہ سراسر ذاتی مفادات کے لۓ ہے ہلکی پھلکی اصلاح پر مبنی تنقید برداشت نہیں کر سکتا وہ معاشرہ کیا کوئ بڑا رول ادا کر سکتا ہے؟

یعنی ایک ہی شخص امام بھی ہو سکتا ہے اور نبی بھی ہوسکتا ہے یا یہ کہ ایک ہی شخص کے پاس نبوت بھی ہو اور امامت نہ یا یہ کہ ایک ہی شخص کے پاس امامت ہو نبوت نہ ہو

آپ کی بات ٹھیک نہیں ہے

سنی اور شیعہ کی بنیاد رکھی ہی دو چیزوں پر گئی ایک وہ جو امام علی کو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا جان نشیں مانتے ہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی وصیت کے مطابق اور اللہ کے حکم پر جو اللہ نے اپنے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیا دوسرا وہ جوکہتے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کوئی اپنا خلیفہ مقرر نہیں کیا اور ثقیفہ کے فیصلے کو مانتے ۔۔۔۔اب اہل لب خود صحیح راستہ دیکھ سکتے اور سارا رولا ہی مکدا😂

ماشاءاللہ بہت اعلیٰ ماشاءاللہ بہت خوب حماس فناُہو جائے پاکستان نابود ہو جائے اور ویسے بھی عقیدہ یہی ہے اور اب تو ہر جگہ ببانگ دہل بیان ہورہا ہے کہ امامت کے تمام منکرین کو فنا ہونا ہے اور امام غائب جب ظاہر ہونگے تو وہ سب منکرین امامت کو فنا کرینگے وہ سارے دشمنان اہل بیت چاہے مسجد نبوی میں مدفن ہیں یا جنت البقیع ہو اُنھیں قبروں سے نکال کر ان سے انتقام لینگے سرفراز ابد نے ایک نوحا لکھا تھا جس کے والد محترم کے حوالے سے آپ نے ایک بار گفتگوں فرمائی تھی اس کے اشعار کچھ یوں تھے میں انتقام لونگا میں انتقام لونگا کہتے ہیں خود یہ مہدی میں انتقام لونگا ایک اور صاحب کہ گئے ہیں جتنے دکھ اُٹھائے ہیں ہم نے کلمہ گویوں سے ایک اک چکائینگے جب امام آئینگے واقعہ یہ ہے کہ ولایت فقیہ کے پیشواؤں نے شام میں جو قتل عام کیا ہے یقین مانیے کہ سیاسی اسلام کی علمبرادار اسلامی تحریکوں کے لئے جو سنی مسلمان ممالک میں سرگرم عمل ہیں ایک وارننگ ہے ولایت فقیہ کی پیشواء اپنے اس عزم اور عمل میں یکسوں ہے کہ ان کا اصل ہدف شعیہ اور سنی کی موجودہ عددی ہیئت کو متضاد کرنا ہے شعیت تاریخی حوالے سے سیاسی طاقت سے محروم رہی ہے لہٰذا ایک مغالطہ اکثر رہا ہے کہ ان کا مقدمہ مظلومیت کامقدمہ ہے لیکن اس صدی میں جو طاقت انہیں حاصل ہوئی ہے اسُ سے ان کے عزائم آشکار ہو رہے ہیں کہ یہ عین ممکن ہے مستقبل میں حریفن اور شریفین بھی ان کی دست برد سے محفوظ ہو آپ کے تجزئیے سے سو فیصد اتفاق ہے کہ وحدت امت اور اسرائیل یہ دو ایسی smokescreen ہیں جو یہ بڑی چالاکی سے استعمال کررہے ہیں لیکن ان کا اصل ہدف اصل میں اہل تسنن کی مذہبی اجارہ داری کی بیخ کنی ہے علامہ یوسف القرداوی اور اخوان المسلمون ایرانی پیشواؤں سے اپنے ان خدشات کا اظہارکرتے رہے ہیں خالص سنی ممالک میں جہاں کوئی شعیہ نہیں ہے وہاں ایرانی شعیہ مدارس کیوں کھول رہے ہیں نائجریاں، مصر اور کئی دوسرے عرب ممالک میں یہ کام ہورہاہے ہمیں وحدت کا منجن بیچنے والوں سے اس پر بے لاگ ڈائیلاگ کرنا چاہئئے کہ ایک طرف وحدت کی بات کرتے ہو دوسری طرف ہمارے مذہب اور عقیدے پر دین عمر کے فتوے لگاتے ہو
