Ingredients:
500 grams chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
3 pieces egg
50 grams grated cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp flour
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp pepper
A handful of parsley
A pinch of salt to taste
Steps:
Cut chicken breast into small pieces, add pepper, parsley, mayonnaise, eggs, flour, and grated cheese. Mix well to combine. Then add garlic and a pinch of salt. Mix and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and set over low heat. Pour a small amount of mixture and fry both sides until it is golden brown or until it is cooked. Repeat the same procedure. Serve with mayonnaise for dressing.
