Receipe is tasty.....not required to put water at all if the gavar is raw....it cooks on sim fire very well along with the potatoes.

Bc it is made in sindhi style... We don't add tomatoes or jeera or rai unlike other styles in this bhaji. At least that is how they make in my family.

5 min cover karna hai phir dekhna hai...again 5 min chalana hai then phir cover karke cook karna hai yahi process karna hai jab tak sabji cook ho jae...gas low to medium rakhni hai full time.
