Very True, I have also same problem. Tiles fixing are very bad. Every 2nd tiles sound hollow and after few month it starts cracking also there is big gap between each tiles.

Even most of the new socities are looted people money by the name of guard security for example builder create new project in 12 bigha in a gated society where there is a permanent guard and a temple and even a gym, park or community hall so i am living also in that type of society and they charged extra money every month and i am not financially stable yet so i suffer a lot they even call metting anytime and harass me but the house is strongly built they are better then flats.

really a genuine review, not sure about Delhi NCR builders but here in Bengaluru quality of flats are really good with A Cat builders like Prestige Brigade Sobha, I agree issues will be there everywhere but the issues u saw were very basic where quality is expected, atleast in these departments u wont face issues here even in 10 year old apartments

Bengaluru is probably best when it comes to flat construction, but Hyderabad and Chennai are also close. NCR stands nowhere close.i am saying this based on my experience.
thats y most of people are location noida greater noida expressway bit expensive but worth the quality

I'm a resident of GC 2 14th Avenue. And trust me I'm already regretting the decision. The current ownership for maintaining the society lies with builder and they are giving us a tough time. The construction quality is poor. Services are poorest. We have been battling poor lift service, hygiene, amenities and ofcourse, the apathy. Even the quality of construction is poor. It's been an year since we shifted here and the entire kitchen looked like a mess. We had to redo everything.

Thanks @interview Happy here most of the semifurnished flats costing between 16 o 18 k if you talk about 3 bhk and for two 2bhk I am not that Sure but it I heard last time around 10 to 12 k

I stay in 12th Avenue GC2 n I must say this the best society among all.12th Avenue has very good security,well maintained park n pool,neat n clean premises,very good maintenance Dept as well.

Hi , 6 th Avenue is old project and not made on latest technology seepage issue is there rest amenities are fine power backup charges are one of the Major issue , galaxy north avenue is better than that, but do ask them about Seepage issue since Majorty of the building made earlier has major seepage issue but Saya has good project there is very less or no seepage issue but yes Saya is costlier

Hi Rahul, basically a incident happened in Gurgaon Society where they did some modification with structure and some of he part has fallen down due to that issue Gaur builder has banned any further modifications , Don't worry the building is totally Safe !

most societies here will have same issues here, even those which broker sell by saying ultra luxurious. Beware if you are to move into a flat be ready to shell atleast 2-3 lakh for basic finishing. also bargain more during purchase to adjust the move in cost. gaur city itself is scammy as most of land part is sold to independent societies as gaur isnt able to deliver

Yes building is Safe infection today only an earthquake of 5.8 Scale came and just a little shake we felt nothing else !

It's prepaid and depending on your consumption recently huarache 2500 ka recharge 45 days chal gya wahi with 2 ac Garmin Mai 15 days ya 18 days Mai 2500 Khatami ho jata Hai!!

Kya matlab hai 1350sqft ka flat 80lac mein lene ka.. Isse achcha toh GC2 mein JKG palm Court hai jahan 81-82lac mein 1765sqft ka naya flat mil raha hai woh bhi better infra ke saath

2 bhk flat cost is 50 to 60 Lakhs 3 bhk flat cost is between 80 to 90 Lakhs in resale and yha koe plot nhi hai but yha se thode dur Shaberi gau Mai plots Hai
इन लोगों का धन्धा ही झूठ पर टिका होता... वो बिल्डर क्या जो बेशर्म और झूठा ना हो इनको शर्म भी नहीं आती पैसा लेकर भी काम नहीं करते

Maintenance is Separate , in resale you can check the thing and ask owner to replace if something is not ok here maintenance is not gonna do anything if flat is 1 year old in newly made Society !!

Budget if 2 bhk is between 48 to 55 and it can go upto 60 because this totally depend on the floors and balcony size since few 2bhk comes up either huge balcony space and more if you will go to higher floors price gonna decrease , More lower price will increase and Stadium facing flats are expensive !!

You r quite smart.."NO issues as such" builder ne logon ki lagavrakhi hai..and you r like "some issues r always there...can you show your maintenance bill copy, electricity bill and water bill.. quite a smart way of gaur builder promotion ...in disguise..these builder has tortured the people to the he'll bound level..and you earning promotion money ..cool chap..

Humare flat starting Mai he book ho Gaye the jisme ab ke mutabik 15 to 20 lakh ka difference Hai, abhi around 85 lakhs tak flat mil rahe hai that too in resale and I would suggest search for direct seller and near by there are plenty of Schools like gaur International , gagan public school , Shri chaitanaya , The Manthan ye sarein School gaur citymai Hai gaur city ke bhar bht Sarein Hai
