Orginal models from season 1 to 3 were 1 Gauge 1:32 Scale with custom made bodies like the uploader made while the chassis was Märklin ie the wheels and electric motor.

Eventually, due to budgetary reasons, the team decided to stick to Gauge 1. However, in the Jack and the Pack episodes, Thomas & Percy’s Gauge 3.5 models were used

A very nice job. Henry has always been one of my favorite "Thomas & Friends" characters, because he seems to be the kindest of the big engines, his color is green (my favorite color), and for the fact that my paternal grandfather's name was Henry.

This is incredible, genuinely, but building that face would've given me nightmares for days on end.
