We also talked a good amount about managing finances as a physician and maximizing one's income (investments, financial advisors, etc).

It makes so much sense, if IM residency is the gateway to prepare graduates for a wide variety of careers in medicine, one should not hesitate to share their ultimate goal. There's always that fear of uncertainty for residency in your dream school, thanks for sharing your 2 cents on this.

Hey Adnan, can you teach me a nice exercise, to reduce belly fat... Like abdomen fat on the sides. It's so hard for me to reduce that. Whatever I wear I look like I'm prego. 😔. Please teach me an exercise that would actually work.. I tried many but everything failed. I don't eat much of sugar and I eat healthy food like lots of veggies and fruits.. I just need a good exercise. Thank you.

rakshith sanjeev So you cant just target fat loss in one area of the body, you’d need to lose total body fat to lose belly fat as well. Unfortunately belly fat is often one of the last areas to go for most people, but it can be done. To lose total body fat it’s best to be in a sustained calorie deficit for a long period of time. I like to aim to lose about a pound/half kilo a week. I’d recommend counting your calories at least for a week to see how many you’re eating, and set targets from there. Also make sure to see a doc before any new exercise or diet program. It’s great you keep trying- I’m sure you’ll get where you want with your persistence!
