What would cause a yellow flame on a brand new heater like this?? It's not dirty, the second use, and the yellow flame made black soot and smoke. How could it be adjusted to repair properly?

Clean the burner, if any spider net or any other stuff are thier. If it's producing carbon,it means thier is Dirt inside the burner.

@@Rehankhan_HVAC_TIPS exactly the problem. This machine was brand new just removed from the box and installed. It worked perfect the first day, the next day big yellow flame. Today I found no dust, no web, no dirt..... I found a tiny jumping spider decided to hide inside one of the venturi tubes. He's gone now, and the perfect blue flame is back. 👍
