You just wear body harness And SCBA or EEBA, then you open the ventilators so that enough fresh air can be made inside the confined space, still wait for the concertration of the liquid gas

But O2 is 20.8 it should be 20.9 or else .1 prcnt it means 1000 ppm is other gas in place of 02
