The configuration speaks for itself... Plus the toilet is clearly not ADA compliant, due to most of the space is taken by the urinal and the toilet is probably a standard height. Since it's a single user restroom, there is clearly no need to have 2 sinks around..

The young girl working here forgot to lock the door and I walked in on her. She says if you want to use the urinal you can I said thanks as she is taking a major dump I take a pee.
