How old do you have to be to use the gym?
This was a really great video. Captured ALOT of detail! Thank you. Question, I noticed for the wings and fries had prices. Did you have to pay or was it included in the stay? I dont care either way but just curious, thank you!

Thank you for watching--we're glad it was helpful!! Since we chose the all inclusive plan, the food and beverages were included. The resort has the option for room only so you you would pay menu price for food and beverage separately. Hope this helps!

Hello My husband and i are going to cancun in december were trying to see were to stay at i saw garza hotel had good reviews do you know if they have airport shuttle? Were trying to find a hotel that picks us up from the airport

This resort did not offer included airport transportation at the time of our stay
Do you know why there are ropes along the beach blocking it? I thought it was swimmable

The beach is swimmable. Although not 100% sure we think the ropes are sectioned off (out to a specific distance) preventing people from crossing as we did see boats, jet ski's, etc. operating on the other side.

Can you use the pools at the sister hotel or only visit the restaurants?

When you stay at Garza Blanca you can access Villa Del Palmar pools and restaurants, but don't think you can do so vice versa.

I have stayed at both this year. Staying at Villa You have pool and dinner only at Garza . Staying at Garza you have access to everything at Villa

If I opt out of the all inclusive option, do I still have the option to pay for all the items such as buffet and other food items in the all inclusive option? Or how does it work?

I needed to know this as well. I called the hotel couple of days ago and was told it is $155 USD per person per night if you want to add the all-inclusive option.
