Wow some super meals there gary. I have yet to get a chilli con carne recipe. My dad used to love it and made a good one but i dont know how many chillies to put in and what about the seeds .....

Tesco do frozen minced garlic, nothing else in it, just already minced for you & frozen for convenience. So much better than the nasty vinegar stuff (which I still think tastes vingary after cooking !) & the garlic bulbs (that I hate peeling / chopping because I end up stinking of garlic lol). It freezes flat too so takes up no room at all. Iceland sell one as well :)

Great video , & if i can put red sauce on a roast dinner , you can put it on ur yellow fish 🤣, we grew up calling it yellow fish ☺️💜

Yes! SO glad your back and doing your budget meals. Mr. Freer, buy some extra next time you go to the store so you don't run out and can't get it at the store. Start yourself a pantry shelf in your kitchen with your favorites. I know you are a money saver and inflation has hit the UK as well. If you buy some now, you can save later. I bought a metal rolling kitchen shelf to put some extra tins of tomato paste and what not because the prices for everything here are skyrocketing. If you just add a couple of cans each time you go, it will add up and you could even do a series on it.

No Gaz, but Charlie does a cracking curry, I got one from sainsbury’s it came with rice it was massive. I couldn’t eat it all. However it was expensive. 👍♥️👍

The grocery prices here in Houston Texas are triple your prices.

That pack of mushrooms costs 5$ and the minced meat is easy close to 10$ in Montreal Canada!

yes cottage pie is expensive gary but its organic it all fresh and natural grass feed cows etc but they sell two person one on ocado its 9.00 pound gary can't afford that for two people it's ok when you get it yellow sticker bargain l think

when you chopped the chilli gary you left the seeds of chilli in your chilli no wonder it smelt hot
