Remmber the fibre fronts n door were super stock drag cars not street runners ,give away points big blocks, cut away rear wheel wells bare bones ,these a bodies were test cars for the bigger guns n had a version made ,super bird,,baracuders,they made 70 superstores only ,rare ,most I see are 67 darts ,but the range was to support the GT,GTS, the ultimate the GSS ,I've had 5 Aussie chargers ,5 DARTS VE,VF,VG,225 ,SLANT SIX ,318 COMMANDO,273 COMMANDO 69,70,71 360 4 SPEED which is your 70 as rear ends changed ,AUSTRALIA had a taste of this in our time ,Plymouth till 71 ,200 big block ,small,mopar n dodge from Canada in the fury phoninex I have a 4dr 65 poly 318 ,727,full adjustable rear diff ,they are robust and never let me down ,my chevs n BUICK ,Ford's good if cooling setups were the let down in Aussie heat ,but my VALIANT no oil bigwater car trailer still made it home n a lead change good as new that sold me ,my car 12 yrs start n go every 4 years to just drive never touched it ,265 4 SPEED, VG coupe ,which is still running but I concept it lowered whole roof ,3half stock glass,wipers hmm side glass ,tubbed,,tank n spare wheel centerd, I used auto 1 ,pentastar parts for my parts ,great cars great thinking in there ideas

that is one sexy paint job for a race car.

That's it, the next car I build will have to be a hemi dart...

ford k282 , In all honesty how many race cars out at the drag strip truly have proper Factory components under the hood or anywhere in their drivetrain?? We know Chevrolet products certainly are the biggest offender for aftermarket and non similar Factory correct pieces. N (cHevy)RA

Ford 9 indestructible when fitted out properly. He'll, some folks use the 2 speed powerglide if light enough.

So. 3 yrs ago Gary runs 8.17 but 8.40s is winning Indy. So what gives here?

this was a test and tunr all cras are way faster,as to nhra they have to tune'em down
