14:35 this is exactly how I feel with notary industry and the wave of 2019-2021. So many made 6 figures just by owning a notary stamp and became complacent. Now those same people are refusing to adjust and commit to playing the REAL GAME!

I loved this episode. This is absolutely crazy. I can't believe Gary published your full episode. There is so much value for the mortgage industry here.

This is crazy! I love the value and you managed to slow him down! I love the pace on this. If mortgage lenders and agents in our industry would listen to this and take action, they’d be 1000x better off.

I agree Dave. But there are so many ways we do things locally and ways can connect with clients , that the big tech guys cannot.

You are 100% correct this is a way over-simplification but the basic idea is there. many of our clients want things to be simple and easy, and they would value us more, if we can provide great advice + save them time and hassle....

When he said he doesn’t know the difference from banks to mortgage brokers is such an ignorant comment. He obviously doesn’t understand anything when it comes to all the programs brokers have compared to big banks.

I think the point of that part was that the consumer is not aware of the difference, and sometimes may not care. I personally understand the difference, because I work as a mortgage banker where we have access to many different programs / products + the ability to broker loans when needed. But as a correspondent mortgage lender, we are very similar to a mortgage broker. So that case it's very little difference , if any. But you're right - there's a big difference between going with a retail bank and a mortgage co. with full suite of products....
