Remember, he doesn't have to do any of this and he's not doing it for publicity for his career, he's doing it because he cares and wants to help. He understands that his role as Lt. Dan gave him a platform and opportunity to help our servicemen and veterans and he is seizing that opportunity.

It's amazing to know that this band the Lt. Dan Band, actually started in a little apartment in Chicago with just a few friends who got together to jam for the fun of it only to have blossomed in a true extension of Love and Kindness for something that they felt strongly about. The Gary Sinise Foundation supports not just military families but ALL First responders and their families as well.

Big Bill O'Reilly who are your options? Beto, a convicted felon who wants to punish religions, have no borders and forcibly take away firearms? Elizabeth Warren who lives way too close to me for my liking. She’s a pathological liar and fraud. Bernie Sanders, a demented old coot who’s never held an honest job (politician is not an honest job)? How about Joe Biden? He’s just doing what he’s told by the now ultra-liberal Democrats. And they’re all Socialists! Not for me thanks. I have lost all respect for the Democrats for pandering and trying to buy votes instead of doing what’s right for the country and being leaders.THERE ARE NO LEADERS IN THE GROUP!

daveinstlouis no Hollywood....he means the liberal, narcissistic hypocrites who think because they are celebrities their opinion means more than others. Just because you’re famous doesn’t mean you’re right....George Weinstein, college admissions scandal, Jussie Smollett to name a few. How about celebrities who have tried to get conservative stars banned from a Hollywood? This is the Hollywood we speak of. They’re not all bad as in any other part of society, but the ones who speak out because they have a platform should keep their opinions to themselves, Or not, and can keep embarrassing themselves. I think what Matt and I are trying to say is they can have their own opinions just keep them to themselves. We do not want to hear from them.

I was 48 and my wife was 35 when we decided to have child. His name is Seth Gunner Jones. His name means "appointed to kick butt". He's pretty much a genius, is belted in karate, has muscles on his muscles and really good looking like his dad. And he's got a heart to see people become the best that they can be and then some. He could have gotten scholarships to any place he wanted to go to school but he joined the Navy instead to become an officer and a nuclear tech. I have never heard him drop an f-bomb and he never sassed me even once while he was growing up. He's 20 has a bachelor's degree in business and is currently in electrical nuclear School in South Carolina. He is my life. He is stellar... He is America!!! He is everybody serving in the armed forces. All of you who serve... Your mother's and father's, your wives and children... You are the spirit of American exceptionalism. You are why I am so proud to be an American who loves God and country. Gary, I've been a professional drummer, guitarist and vocalist most of my life. The good you're doing beggars description. I bet every member of your band would play for free if they had to. I know I would. God bless America! America bless God!!!

Met the man about 10 years ago at dinner at Yong Son, Korea. He is so down to earth wanted to know about me why I was there. I told him business and that I had been stationed in Korea after Viet Nam in the 70's and was totally blown away at the growth since I left a 3rd world mud hut country years ago. He is a man of his word and loves our men and women in uniform.

Gary on behalf of the Lansing Veterans Memorial Ceremonial Honor Guard, we thank you for gracious meet and greet but more for the generous $15,000 donation to update and keep our Veterans Memorial a beautiful place for all to visit. God Bless and thanks to you, the Lt. Dan Band (so awesome), and American Airlines in your mission to travel the world and into harms way to visit our troops. By this gracious act our troops get a little bit of home. but more importantly a HUGE boost in moral. You are a one of a kind person! Thank you David Conlee USMC 1977-1981, US Marine Corps League Calumet Detachment, LVMCHG

I saw Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band at Moody AFB, Georgia in 2013. They were fantastic! It meant so much to the personnel at Moody that this gang of amazing musicians put on a great show. God bless them all.

Gary, Thank you for all you do. You know what, you’re a Bass player that can act! I wish you were around when I was on active duty in the early 80’s. Now I’m a 100% DAV who misses the military everyday. Go forth, servant of God. And spread your message of freedom world wide. Tony
