Used to watch him when he was 15 or so at Joe's Generic Bar on 6th St. He was always paired with Eve Monsey, with Uncle John Red Turner on drums and Appa on Bass.... good memories.

Got to see him in Dallas December right before This Land was released. He killed it for 2 hours straight. Played a lot of the album. First time I heard Pearl Cadillac, I’ve got my eyes on u and a few other tracks. It was best concert I’ve ever seen!!!
