Gary Busey Explains to PMT What He Saw When He was Dead for 2 Hours

Gary Busey, what a ride! We asked him what it was like being declared dead for 2 hours and then coming back to life. And the steps he took afterward to try to make riding a motorcycle without a helmet illegal.

Watch out guys, we’ve got Jabs420 in the house. He’s so perfect, he doesn’t make spelling mistakes, even when he undoubtedly reread his comment a few times before posting such a bold message about it, and probably won’t admit to it either. You’d better show that much care to all of the comments you make, especially on this video, or you might get called out.

Jabs420 Oh good one lol picking on a name which I had nothing to do with and making an incredibly unwise assumption about someone you know nothing about, only hoping you’re correct or else the whole attempt was an embarrassing waste of time. Spoiler, you wasted your time. I just find it to be a really lazy, pompous, obnoxious critique to pull the whole “spelling words wrong online” thing, especially when we all do that. I do that, you do that, it doesn’t make you an idiot or bonehead to fall into human error.

Having had suffered a severe concussion with brain bleed in 1982, I can honestly say that brain damage from trauma is nothing to laugh at. My speech center was adversely affected in a way that I can no longer convey via speech what I am intending to say, this is extremely frustrating. Mr. Busey is doing great considering his past injuries sustained, I wish everyone strength in their battles.

@@isuckatnames2659 there was a warehouse fire on a military base, we were containing all of the damaged items. The steel containers were large, 5' high, 10'x10' OD, the lids were heavy hinged steel bifolds. The lids would chain up and always had downward tension on them. The items were all bunching up toward the front and we needed more room, since I was over 6'2" it was obvious who had to push the items toward the back for more room. As I was almost finished making enough room, my head and face was still over the edge of the container, a strong wind blew adding weight to the already massively heavy lid. Without warning, the chain snapped from the weld allowing the lid to hit the back of my head just above the neck, my face was slammed into the container rim. I can't remember much after that, except for blacking out every few minutes as people were telling me to stay awake. I was told several times that if I had been leaning forward just an inch or two, I would have been decapitated. As far as being okay, well I guess, I am alive. I can't write if music is playing, I see flashes of light sometimes, I have debilitating migraines, and it's terribly frustrating not being able to say exactly what I intend to say. We have the miraculous ability to overcome, reestablish new but different ways to tackle obstacles, and to find purpose with our new selves. Stay safe, happy and healthy. 😊👍

My BF lost his Dog, she was tied up but got away. A couple of days passed but she didn't come back. Sunday Night I went to sleep and dreamt that she came to me and showed me where she was. It was stunning. The grass was alive, there were hills and trees and trails to run through. Even Rabbits to chase. I woke up and said "We're going to find her today, I saw her and she looks great". She was happy and healthy, so vivid and vibrant. It's was Monday morning and the phone rang. The SPCA called the BF that his Dog had been hit by a Car and did he want to claim the body. I was devastated, we both were but I was so certain that I had really seen her. She looked like the picture of health. Now that I'm older I understand that she was showing me where she was. That was the start of Dog Heaven and it was perfect.

FROGO Creature Did you not say in your comment that death is just the beginning? Have you changed your mind and now think life is just an excursion? ....and then nothing? Why on earth would we be here for absolutely no reason at all... Do you really believe we are here just by chance? What are the chances of that happening... It’s an impossibility that cannot be fathomed. The complexity of every single living cell in every single living thing does attest to the fact that there is something greater than us in control here... I’m not having a go at you at all, so please don’t take it that way. At 27yrs of age, I discovered that God sent His only son to shed His pure blood and die on a cross for the sin of mankind. For every single sin that mankind would commit. Jesus paid a price that we could not pay. Salvation is the greatest gift of all, and all we need to do is ask God to forgive us for our sin, and then turn from our wicked ways, and we will be with the Lord forever in Heaven. That is just amazing to me! The Lord has been so good to me and has saved me from the brink of death so many times... He loves you!

For just under an hour, i assume, this went on. Somewhere along the way I felt extremely calm and relaxed, amazing, I felt amazing, I can only describe as sitting in a warm bath just the perfect temerature, it was dark, not like when you close your eyes or in a dark room, how you can see a kind of light. There was nothing just dark and amazing. If that is how death is, I am not afraid, I never felt so welcomed in my life. Hard to explain the feeling. My truck looked like a murder scene blood everywhere. There were stickers all over the doors and windiws, it was a crime scene. The hole was in the passenger side, I thought I was driving, if I wasn't who was driving? And did they leave me there to die?

One of my uncles died years ago. tragic death.. I was asleep hours away and have not heard from him in years... Asleep I was in a bright place hard see but I seen a man and he smiled at me and I could see things like within a 50 yard radius... it was like a white realm not like a cloud but just an empty white canvas where this area existed. He stood near the sidewalk wearing all white and a shiny head, he died from a head wound ... they walked into a building with two big doors... behind me was a basketball court with many many children playing with a few adults watching they seemed much older and about 15 feet from the court were these massive figures... like massive diamonds with swirls and pinks and purples and all sorts of storm like colours and energies all combined concealing something within I had felt like they had control over me but I also jad some control and freedom.. .. I felt like I wasn't able to see them as they didn't want that known.. but they allowed me to pass and walk onto the court where I played and when I grabbed a basketball I jumped from mid court to dunk like Jordan and when I came down a steel layer covered the net and the ball sat on top and I felt strange about that like they tried telling me something ( I was playing lot of hockey and my ego was negatively impacting me and others after this experience I changed).. as I was looking up wondering and dreaming I remember a yellow light and fast movements and I then woke up... I woke up to my girlfriend at the time waking me saying my name and that my sister is on the phone crying and freaking out and she really needs speak with me... she tells me our uncle died... crying... sad... I told her about my uh dream or vision or adventure and that I believed he was at peace or at least moving on... the man that greeted me and my uncle was a happy lookimg man that filled me with pure positive energy and hope and belief and no worries. I was at peace with it all and till this day I swear I witnessed him crossing into a new realm of existence and that something is watching us and part of me is still on that court playing and I'm still here living my little life perhaps waiting to truly combine and move forward through the doors and off the court.

I have been to Heaven once not near death but after a major back surgery a nurse stole my morphine. 12 hours later a different nurse stole my vial as well. I promised God if he exist and got me help or took my pain away I'd be a perfect Christian. After I reached out to him as a horrible sinner working for drug dealers and he showed me mercy. A physical theripist came in. I could of died from toxic shock. After as I was home I needed months of recovery and I kept my promise to my Lord. I watched the Bible on netflix and some interesting archaeology based videos proving the Bible was non fiction. I also was lead to videos about NDE and I was jealous I wanted that feeling for myself. I constantly prayed begging for me to see Heaven. And about 9 months of really keeping my King as my priority with genuine intent, my wish was granted. I woke up in a giant pool I walked out of the pool and realized I was not wet but I knew I was swimming before I got out. For some reason I gained speed running upstairs of a 1920s art-deco building. I went to what I thought was my room and it was only a hotel room size. A bed, TV, closet, bathroom. information was inserted into my brain. This was my mansion and it's size was determined bye how good of a person you were. as I open my bathroom door I started crying. My bathroom was a spa, a beautiful perfect for me spa. The walls were emerald green jadeite, pillars with the most extravagant design at the top. Steam rooms of eucalyptus oil, jacuzzis made out of rubies. there was tons of lotions and little trinkets of bottles on the counter. The second I seen it I knew more information about heaven. In heaven we are to have a job. it's something that you're born with your job in heaven is what you're most passionate about you have that passion because it's with you before you were even born. Some people in heaven are souls in heaven that create beautiful products. I was then in someone else's mansion and it was across my room. And I felt the most beautiful feeling of ever had. I was ecstatic that the family across from me had a huge giant mansion and that the family was still together. I knew my family was not there due to their beliefs. I was not sad I understood. The last I remember was God inserting his voice into my mind he deeply said "I gave you a little bit of Heaven because you lived through a little bit of hell" and the image of me crying after my surgery with no pain reliever flashed and I returned to earth. I knew immediately that was Heaven.

@@davidstaudohar6268 I can understand the chemistry. That's the scientific approach of chemistry not an explanation of the spiritual aspect. That explains those events for a scientist. What cannot be explained is the lightening of the Holy Spirit knocking me off my feet when it entered me in 1986 and I was awake. It can't explain visions that come to fruition that came and come through whilst sleeping and being awake with no outside stimuli or accidents. The problem is knowing the time frame of when that fruition will happen. It doesn't explain how one day, something came through...and clawed my leg through my pants right in front of my husband because we were talking about how satan is as real as God. My husband became a firm believer that day with me instead of being a doubting Thomas against me. I had 4 huge scratches down my left thigh from that. The spuritual world is real...You cannot see it because it's in a different realm and wavelength. Three visions in 1984 were so prophetic that they changed my whole life. Two of three came true. One could not because I won against it and defeated them but it changed my life. I suppose if you were walking in my shoes with my experiences with the divine and the evil ones, you too would to be a believer butterfly mustard seed and not a doubting Thomas. The force of God through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit are real and not surreal like so many doubters believe. That's the truth of the word because truth is real as is his word. I pray you find his truth because in the end, it is his truth that sets your Spirit free. Have a jubilant day. It was nice talking to you. Thank you. Wow. When he started talking about going to Washington, thought it would be something religious... then it was about making helmets mandatory... just wow. Good on Gary.

When my dad was younger and shared an apartment with his friends. He was upstairs in his room sleeping and his friend committed suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning from his car in the garage below my dads room. The gas made its way to my dads room and almost killed him. He had an out of body experience and he remembers seeing himself laying on the bed and seeing angels start to greet him but got sucked back into his body when the paramedics brought him back. The doctors told him he was legally dead for about 2 minutes.

How can you be dead for 2 hours when you're brain is irreversibly dead after 7 minutes of no oxygen

Brain dead means lack of proper brain signals being detected, meaning it could be or could not be "dead" technically. People recover from these all the time. also your brain can survive for 20 minutes without oxygen before permanent brain damage, and he did not have oxygen starvation induced injury, it was concussive

I don’t really feel passionate about anything anymore and I can’t really seem to be able to recall things quickly, takes a while (sometimes minutes or hours) to remember conversations or for things to click
