My theory is the new guy is simply called banban. And when our red banban was with the mutants his name used to be flumbo. But when he replaced og banban he not only took his role but also his name.

After everything happened on GOBB 7, the new character similar to Banban is considered as the true main mascot of the kindergarten's family after a long time being closed on a cabinet. The great reveal of the game make us believe that Banban's is the wrong leader of the series, knowing that he's part of the mutants, so the staff shouldn't take him to there. On the next game, the blue brother of Banban knows his uncertain story when both were chosen for being in different fates and that is why will he know on what's correct for both families. Syringeon, not all the monsters, is who knows a little about him. About the remaining of the new game's content in progress, we don't know until there's anything new at the bay. That's all the theory.
