Looks like it but they mixed human genome with Givanium in order for that to happen. The shape is definitely right but the infusion might need a bit of fleshing out.

A game where the first chapter takes less than half an hour to play and the second chapter then taking four times as long so the devs can stretch the plot out. Where else have I seen that before?…

There's a secret that at the end of the game when you go down the elevator, if you look up you'll see Slow Seline staring at you. Also in the Slow Seline mini-game, if you will skip the orange door, you will hear other Slow Seline voice lines: "Please...It Hurts..." and "I was promised something painless"
