When my aunt was in the hospital, Garrett Morris aka “Stan” was in the hospital room next door to hers after he was shot. I was a kid and a huge Martin fan, and we must’ve got on his nerves stopping by his room and saying hi but he was always gracious and nice.

Fun fact about Cooley High. I was a kid living in Cabrini and saw when they were filming it. The restaurant was actually a grocery store that they changed to a restaurant for the scene.

Uncle Garrett stay working for a long time he’s not a sale seller he was on network television he can only do both so much, but he open the door for comedians like Eddie Murphy And in Living Color where are you can be yourself💯☺️

Very cool to see Garret Morris on here…good interview. I have always thought he was a very nice man. God bless him. My SINCERE prayer is that he comes back to Christ before he leaves this earth. I am so sorry he had family that were not living Jesus. Everything he mentioned people did in the name of Jesus was very wrong. It has NOTHING to do with the truth of who JESUS is. The religion of Christianity is not wrong, the people were. Giving credit to ourselves for the good things that happen or positive thinking is dangerous. Humans fail. Jesus is LORD. Blessings! 🙏🏽✝️
