They are lol😊
When my aunt was in the hospital, Garrett Morris aka “Stan” was in the hospital room next door to hers after he was shot. I was a kid and a huge Martin fan, and we must’ve got on his nerves stopping by his room and saying hi but he was always gracious and nice.

Garrett Morris is a legend!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fun fact about Cooley High. I was a kid living in Cabrini and saw when they were filming it. The restaurant was actually a grocery store that they changed to a restaurant for the scene.
Yall don't understand, this man has been in my life my whole 37yrs and I haven't had the privilege to meet him! Martin, Jamie Foxx show, 2 Broke Girls, and etc. all 🔥
A man who overcame so many obstacles in his life. His story is Amazing!. Love you Garrett Morris!. 💕💖💕💖💕💖💕

Garrett is a veteran and a legend. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Be careful what you tell an elderly person. He almost fell apart when you told him about regina king son! He definitely the goat! This man deserves more than flowers. Give him a street and his own Holiday! One of the best to ever do it!!! 🙏💪

" Beisbol been berry, berry good to me" " If you don't take off them shades imma bounce you off these hall lockers" " Why don't you change the charges to simple joyriding or something" Saturday Night Live original and Mr. Mason from Cooley High my favorite movie ( along with the ORIGINAL Super Fly) .I can recite almost every line from both movies. Legendary interview. Gotta catch these REAL OGs before they close their eyes. So much history that we can't get from books.
He is a national treasure
This interview is GOATED!!!🔥🔥🔥
I'm glad someone finally decided to give Garrett Morris his Flowers 💐 🎉 he needs more recognition hell throw him a party go all out 👍🏿 ❤
The definition of black excellence, shoutout to Garrett Morris !
Loved this interview. Thank you to Shawn and the team for doing this. Garrett is a legend
Give this man his flowers. This is great.
All you kids out there watching this in full or just in part???.... Know this.... this interview is a gift. You'll realize that in 50 in or 60 years when it's most likely still out here to look back on. History, from a man that lived through it. VLAD TV, thank you for the videos.
He definitely is a jewel to the game. OG is a understatement. Theres not enough time to list his accomplishments.
Fantastic interview with uncle Garrett. He is truly a trailblazer in the 60s and 70s. There was not too many jobs for Black people. Uncle Garrett stay working for a long time he’s not a sale seller he was on network television he can only do both so much, but he open the door for comedians like Eddie Murphy And in Living Color where are you can be yourself💯☺️
Gilda Radner, Rosanna Dana😂😂😂😂that original SNL crew was funny, funny as hell! Grew up watching them in the ‘70s
I'm 44 yrs old and all my life I know Gerttown as the 17th w/d, never knew they use to call it the 19th. Learn SUMN new everyday!

I sure the city might have been broken up into 19 wards when Mr Morgan grew up but it’s only 17 wards and Gerttown is now the 17th but that’s true what people think is the 3rd is actually the 2nd.

Great Great Great Interview !
Amazingly Astounding interview from both sides ❤❤❤
Great interview!!
Great interview! Great job as always! I have to cut off Vlad's interviews sometimes because he cuts people off&acts like he knows more than the person he's interviewing life. It's frustrating. Mr. Morris brought the inspiration&positive vibe like I thought he would. This was truly great!
What a honor
Thank you Vlad and Garrett Morris!
Excellent interview of an unsung, super talented legend. He makes me miss the days when actors had to be real actors.

53:13 "We as a people!" Yes!!! I miss that talk!!
I can still see Garrett as the interpreter for the hard of hearing for Weekend Update on SNL yelling "President Francisco Franco is still dead!!"😆
I enjoyed this interview
Am I the only one who remembers Mr. Morris singing opera on SNL one night? It was beautiful! He was amazing! He was so funny as Stan on "Martin." Loved all the episodes with him in ot and loved the episode where Kim Fields was crushing on him. 😅
Garrett Morris has more views than Liar Con (Lyor Cohen) in two days, yet Vlad posts an advertisement for the upcoming Liar Con interview, and not Garrett Morris
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥interview
Garrett is the best! He's the Eddie Murphy before Eddie Murphy of SNL back when it was called Saturday Night Live
Fascinating.
Thanks for mentioning Chicago's Jackie Taylor !!
Love this guy ❤
👏👏👏 BRAVO! 👏👏👏
Very cool to see Garret Morris on here…good interview. I have always thought he was a very nice man. God bless him. My SINCERE prayer is that he comes back to Christ before he leaves this earth. I am so sorry he had family that were not living Jesus. Everything he mentioned people did in the name of Jesus was very wrong. It has NOTHING to do with the truth of who JESUS is. The religion of Christianity is not wrong, the people were. Giving credit to ourselves for the good things that happen or positive thinking is dangerous. Humans fail. Jesus is LORD. Blessings! 🙏🏽✝️

I’m from New Orleans and never heard Gert town being the “19th ward” that’s the 17th.

I wonder if his resume include working with James Earl Jones because I believe he did a lot of Broadway plays around that time

The black comedian, that he will not name, I’m wondering if it’s Paul Mooney.
Al Franken got his, though. He got a raw deal when he was ousted from the Senate. Never understood how he could be treated that way. Makes sense now. Man!!!
🐐🤞🏽👑💯
Garrett said, when you get home you can look it up on your computer😁Many older people don't realize you can Google on your phone wherever you are.
All us old fogeys remember the Not Ready for Prime Time Players
The man who called him Uncle Tom I bet was Paul Mooney….. let me know
Positive thinking and pushing the mind to think positively is Christianity also. Religion doesn’t make people better or worse, your choices do.
He's talking about Eleanor Holmes Norton who was the delegate in DC
Love Mr Morris work !! One way Brother Jesus . And no one who is truely a Christian cares what Color Jesus was. Or anyone else for that matter.
