this video is immensely helpful for someone like me, who's seeing this 8 years after it was posted and just picked up Garou on PS4 to get back into fighting games (after a long spell of not playing them). so thanks for it!!!! will definitely keep your lessons in mind as I work on getting used to the game.

same here, brought a stick and Garou, Kof 97 (both cross-platform Vita !) and Kof 2000 :)

Learned so much. Had no idea of the break systems. Here i was trying my best to replicate a combo i saw to no avail... Trying my best to time it à la SF3.

Been a KoF fan for a long time, but I just got into Garou yesterday. Man, have I been missing out. Great video. Very informative, concise & bonus points for the lulz.

Thank you for the tutorial. I'm just getting into garou now. I saw the br on the command list but had no idea what they were. This opens up a lot of things.

So a Just Defend is basically a backwards parry from Street Fighter III.

Garou é um jogo melhor que SF III, o sistema do jogo é muito bom, muito equilibrado e técnico, Garou era o sonho da Capcom pra jogabilidade.

You can set the speed of the video in settings.

I just got this game for switch, and am having trouble getting feints to work. Is there some specific timing? Do you have to hold or tap the buttons?

Qc = quarter circle (círculo cuarto) Hc = half circle (mitad círculo) F = forward (para el frente) B = backward (para atrás)

Neo Y. I don't know if i'm too late.. But the Song is "Tattoo Parlor" from Shenmue I: kzread.info/dash/bejne/n4Wa1M-FltHAgJc.html Both Shenmue I & II have really huge but also really good soundtracks finding some songs can be hard sometimes :V

You ever figure it out?? I don't know what your play on, so: -Neo-Geo MVS/AES: P1&P2 start buttons/Start on the control stick or C-PAD. -Dreamcast: L Trigger -PS2/Xbox: Select/Back, so a PC controller following that layout probably would be whichever center button isn't pause or menu -OR the front L-button (L bumper/L1/ZL, etc.) if it's a virtual console copy port on a PS4, Switch, Xbox 360 or some e-shop Also.... pressing --> /
