Ahhh - i was there too! Amazing performance I thought. Only ever knew a few songs of Leonard Cohen (more my dad's taste...) but this whole evening of songs was awesome - made my trip to Montreal amazing ;-). Thanks for uploading!

good, but i'm still wondering why this man is doing a carreer on singing bad french song ! he really should sing good songs (like this one !) man, ask for good lyrics, good musicians, sing rock, sing blues, and stop doing shit !!!

I don't really like this cover. The original song is bitter, dark, pessimistic. He is moving too much and he is "screaming" too much, starting at 2:20. The bright lights of the stage doesn't fit at all to the lyrics, almost laments. It should have been cold color lights, like blue. He sounds like a jazzy crooner ... mleh.
