Cool, I am not a real pilot, I am a Flight Sim guy. I fly out of KFDK all the time. I look forward to watching this video to help me master the G-1000 in my sim aircraft.

It took me about 5 minutes into the video until I realized his audio is about 6 seconds ahead of his video. Was a little hard to follow until I figured that out!

I think the video is quite informative. My only critique is I wish the creator would have not submitted the video with the audio lagging by 3 sec. It is very difficult to follow and much more difficult with lagging audio. Thanks for the informative video.

What about the diamond shaped symbols wandering from left to right. Are those traffic symbols or what?

@FlightTutor to load an ndb, do you just have to do it gps style or can you enter the number somewhere? is there a link that shows this? Thankyou

Is there a way to make the aircraft actually move?

@GeneralGoopy I can do some later, but im swamped with stuff right now. I have not had time to make any videos for a while. My best advice would be to purchase the simulator from the Garmin Website and play around with it. It's cheap and it works.

Its possible to tune a NDB frequency manually?

Are you based at GAI? I live nearby.

Impossible to follow rapid movement of cursor.

When you switched to the MFD you were moving the cursor and talking so fast you lost me. Slow down.

Is it me or is there a lag with the audio and video? Very useful vids, though. Thanks very much for sharing :)

Garmin's link is busted.

Slow Down! I can't see how anyone can follow your guidance. using your mouse to move around so fast, prevents anyone from being able to replicate your actions. Cant see how this helps...from a ATP pilot!

Mouse clicks don't keep up with your tutorial, so you lost me.

no offense, but you blathering on about so many things, is like listening to someone try to explain every single aspect of a chinese fire drill. it would be better to actually be simulating a flight, where you have to actually do these things, and let us watch you do them, as you narrate what you are doing. i get some of it, but other things are obscure, and your audio is well in front of your video.
