Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Note: These videos are for flight simming only and are not a substitute for going to an actual flight school to acquire your pilots license.
This video will show the relationship between the Altitude Selection Knob, the Altitude Bug, the ALT Key and Altitude Hold Mode. You will learn how to level off at the desired target altitude whether you are climing or descending to that altitude and how and when to use autopilot.

Excellent job Scott! Thanks!
Thanks for the great explantion!
clear and well presented many thanks
Good overview. One suggestion though. When climbing it's better to use the FLC (Flight Level Change) function. This causes a climb at a specified airspeed. Using VS could cause the autopilot to pitch the nose up into a stall.
Great video!

Glad it was helpful!
Such great video, it’s a shame the quality of the video is so poor. Thanks for the info, it helped
Great Video. Thanks But in the flightsim I have accidentally turned the BARO instead of the CRS button several times during the flight! resulting in me not knowing what actual altitude I was flying at, how do I solve this? because I don't know how high I am above the runway upon arrival and poor visibility. During an ILS arrival I am too high above the glideslope and then things go wrong! Thanks in advance
I realize that I need to know the height level of the runways when planning my flight, but how do I know the correct flight height once I have turned the BARO knob?
0:38 that’s the volume knob you’re operating?

Looks like you caught a mistake I made I put the red arrow call outs on the wrong knob!! Ugh! Good catch and thanks for pointing that out. I'm hoping I can fix that sometime in the near future.
