Hi! Normally the dive computer starts automatically at a depth of 1.20 m. If you want to mark with GPS the position of entering the water, select a diving mode (single gas, multi gas...) wait for it to have a GPS signal (the watch vibrates when connected) then jump into the water. When leaving the water, the watch reconnects to the GPS and marks the exit point from the water. These will appear in the dive log in addition to other data.

Hello, quick question. Which one do you start before diving with this watch? Single gas? Indicator ? Or does it start automatically?

Hi, I'm planning to get either mk2s or g1, but i heard a rumor about g1. When g1 is almost full of logs , thoes it get slower? And do I have to erase all the logs to fix it? Thanks for the video!

Hi! I only have 40 logs so I can't say exactly. But, I think, the G1 is a computer that is loaded with a lot of data. Let's think, we have 200 logs, activity history, a bunch of activities, sports and widgets. Plus routes, memorized maps. I think, that if we gave up.......part of them,..... it wouldn't be so..... slowly. I installed several apps and widgets and had problems. I gave up some of them. Let's not forget a restart from time to time. As well as the mobile phone..... Many Garmin watches received a new update last month, surely the G1 is also in line. It's being talked about on the forums. ..... This is my humble opinion. Keep diving!

Hi, i also have the G1 and i cant say, that it gets slower when the logs are full. For me, it's the perfect dive watch
