These people have major contribution in our indian economy. My mother's brother is also a truck driver. They do lot of struggles. ❤🙏

Also a very major contribution to food..Punjabi food is the best in India with mouthwatering dishes like dal Mariani, palak paneer, paneer posada, bergen Barta, amritsari kulcha, kadi, making di rotting aur sarson da saag etc..the list of mouthwatering delicacies is endless.

When I cook in my proper kitchen at home, it becomes so messy,I want to admire how cleanly and in a disciplined manner they prepare their food.

But the protein in dal isn't complete protein as in it doesn't contain all of the essential amino acids. A Glass of Buttermilk or yogurt with this meal, will make it a complete meal.

Excellent..though I am not a punjabi but I salute the hard work and self sufficiency of these truck drivers and the challenging circumstances they endure..infact there should be better subsidized restaurants built for them where a buffet will be served with punjabi cuisine..though I am not a punjabi buy I love roti, dal and ghee over it.. makes my day..
