Vaughn, I made two garlic keepers today and thanks to your instruction they turned out perfectly. I even managed to make lids that fit ! Can’t wait to make a few more tomorrow as the ones I made today are gifts for my sisters.

Yes! I watch you in addition to Simon Leach who I have been watching for years. I learn so much and it helps my pottery skills. My handle pulling and attachment, for example are probably my best skill I've learned from both of you.

I just got overall and I got a number bigger and I wearing it on top my clothes and in the end of the day I just take it out and my clothes are clean. 🤗

We use Laguna #80 but it is a dark iron red clay.

Umm ... really interesting. I like the different things you used to decorate your pieces. What do you call those things you used to keep the garlic bowl in place while you decorated and drilled holes in it?

Not sure how you're editing your videos but if you have anything that allows you to apply an EQ it might be nice to cut off some odd the high frequencies because the sound of the wheel is a little high and overwhelming 😊

I stopped using that wheel because a few people mentioned it. It is a nice wheel but 35 years old and makes a squeaky noise. The early videos sometimes have that wheel in use, none of the new ones do.

I will swap the wheels over and do the videos on a Shimpo Lite, I love my 35 year old Brents but they both have a chirrup sounds.
