It's a big mistake for Madrid

One of Madrid's most impactful players. Unfortunately, many overlook him. He may have not integrated perfectly with the Spain culture, but my God was he a baller. Thank you Bale. Thank you @MadridistaTV for this video.

Bale and his wife donated half a million euros to the Madrid hospitals during Pandemic . Bet the Madrid media (Marca , AS , Chiringuito ) wont tell you that . I respect him for that since unlike 99% of the athletes who does it for PR . Bale on the other hand did it silently even if the media painted him evil. People think he dont speak some Spanish or hates living in Spain because he is a very quiet and reserve guy. But his former teammates like Marcelo , Arbeloa and Regullion all say he speaks Spanish

Whatever view people had on Gareth Bale (He's a Real madrid legend imo), he turns up on big games where it matter most. Most players wishes they can be that unsung hero that score the goals that win stuff, and Bale has done that multiple occasions. Bale may also had a hard time with the Madridista and I'm aware how incredible passionate they are as fans, props to them for Cheering Bale on the last day. At least that young kid named Bale gets to fulfill his dream, which is playing for Real madrid.

At Real Madrid he has more goals than Brazilian Ronaldo; more assists than Kaka and David Beckham; more games than Luis Figo; more trophies than Zidane and more Champions League trophies than Raul. Legend

Thanks for everything Bale! Even though the last 3 years weren't great, he has written a legacy here. Who would have thought that he ended up with 5 UCL's! In my eyes a legend of the club. I will never forget his solo goal against Barcelona in the Copa 2014, his 2-1 against Atletico in the final and of course his bicycle kick against Liverpool.

An inspiration for all British footballers that they can do it on the grandest stage of them all playing for the biggest club ever.

He is one of the best signing and one of the reasons why Real Madrid has been successful in the last decade. He delivered the victories to us when the team needed someone to step up... back in 2016/17, he led the so-called B team and delivered victory after victory in all those league games when others needed rest. The famous front three BBC... how can any true Madrid fan downplay Bale's contributions to the team. Thank you Bale! Best wishes to your next journey.

I’ve supported him since he arrived, he always delivered for us on big games. Both sides could have handled things better (him and the media/some of the fans) the last 3 seasons, but he is a Madrid legend regardless. I think as time passes, many will remember him fondly. Good luck welsh dragon 🐉

More respect needs to be put on his name, he was phenomenal for Real Madrid. They struggled to win the CL with managers like Mourinho, and players like Özil, Kaka, etc. Bale comes in and they win 5 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

I really do love him. My favourite player of all time. No word can explain how great this guy is, what he achieved with Real Madrid is amazing, if not because of injury and if not because Mr. Zidane who benched him all the time while he could play, he would go furthur 😢😕. Gareth Bale really played like he played for the team he dreamt about when he was a child. That's how I would play for Real Madrid, play every second like it's your last. He really had the spirit that Real Madrid inspires in foreign (non-spanish) children across the world. What a fairytale.

17 years old, he was my favorite player when I was 9, first on the line to get his shirt, still hold it close to my collection. Will always be special for me, thank you Gareth and wish you the best!
