Travis this is such an incredible video! Seeing the animals, the different color of the leaves, the deer family, the raccoon waiting till the deer left and then climbing up the tree, the birds chirping, and then seeing your father in the video! You are doing an amazing job taking us on your nature journeys right in your backyard. And especially being able to see your videos during this pandemic time really brings a smile. You bring a little bit of you to us! Thanks!

I just ordered one of these for our wooded boundary to help catch trespassers and the wildlife. Looks like I made a good choice and cant wait to set it up.

One other thing about Gardepro that I really appreciate. They make it super easy to update the firmware on the cameras. Just hop on their website and download the latest firmware for the camera and follow the instructions. Takes only a few minutes. I had an Apeman and they won't do anything at all like that. When you inquire about updating the firmware they tell you it will break the camera and they won't let you have the latest firmware. Like...what? I sent my Apeman back partly because of that but mainly because the video/photo quality was horrible even at 20 Megapixels.

Thanks for showing. I already have 22 cams in my area, but the quality is not so good. I think about to buy the garde pro a3. Do you know the differents of the a3 and the a3s ?

Hey Travis, awesome vid ... I was looking for a budget camera and this one had come up for a potential purchase so this vid really helped out. Quick question ... was there any supplementary lighting in those night shots? If not the throw of this camera is incredible! I'm seeing clearly at what seems like 50 to 80 feet away in the frame at 8:50 ...

I have this model camera and it takes great videos and photos. But the audio on mine is wonky and sounds like wind rustling by all the time. No idea why. I also have the E5 model and really like it as well. Can't beat these cameras for the price.

I also have A3, A3S and E5 models and each of them produce great night time videos when compared to other no glow models from other brands but also each has a similar audio rustling issue. I think the sound issue is electronic interference because each camera sounds similar. I have the rustling sound both day vision and night vision hence not related to the LED's. I have the issue with both Alkaline and Rechargeable Lithium Li-ion batteries hence not related to using Li-ion batteries (which I know can cause an issue with some equipment due to their internal DC/DC buck converters). My next plan is to investigate the microphone and connection wire routing, changing a microphone or cable routing route could be an easy fix)

I had the same attitude toward deer until they became so numerous that made it near impossible to grow anything in my garden, destroyed my fruit trees and the four times that someone in my family has suffered car damage because of them.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE! I want to buy a trail cam but I haven't figured out which one to buy and I've been looking at them for the past month! I thought the E6 was the way to go because it's got everything I need... I need Bluetooth so I can put pictures directly from the camera onto my phone cuz I don't use a computer... I'm kind of lost as far as if I need Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. I thought Bluetooth is what I needed in order to hook it to my phone and transfer pictures / videos. Also has to have time lapse mode, built in screen, clear pictures day and night without a visible flash at night time and clear audio, I don't know if this is available but I would like to be able to control it from my phone if I'm in range and make it record when I tell it to whether it be a picture or video/audio that would be nice. I'm going to probably end up using it mostly for security/surveillance type of applications. I want to make sure it take the picture at the right time to get whatever it is in screen... I watched and I saw someone said the Gu gardepro E8 constantly was taking pictures where you wouldn't see what was tripping it and on top of that it was extremely grainy blurry pictures if it was up close and they said the E6 was it not blurry up-close as well as didn't miss what it was supposed to take the picture of and a few other things but it seemed like the E6 was much better than the E8. Also it has to be under a hundred bucks preferably closer to 80 or below. I saw the E6 on Amazon for like a hundred bucks and then it had a coupon attached to it where would come out to be around 70 or $80. Anybody who could help me figure out which one I should buy I'd highly appreciate it! I really want to order it and get it ASAP I wanted it like 2 weeks ago but I don't want to get the wrong one

@@FunWithTravis try some Energizer lithium batteries-- that should extend some life. I use them in my cellular Moultrie cam and get 2-3 months out of them (depending on the settings). What's nice about the Moultrie is that I can change my settings from my phone at any time. So after I recieve a photo-- and I can see what's on the cam- I can then change the settings appropriately. Usually like wolves, bears, eagles etc (predatory creatures) I'll changed the settings to video with 30 second run and 5 minute cool down. If the animal is hanging around alot, I put the cool down on 30 minutes and back to photo to save battery life and space on my card. But usually my camera is on photos only with a minute cooldown.
